Markets in Asia were mostly down

The Nikkei fell .8% to 14,160. Kobe Stell was up 7% to 368. Docomo (DCM) was down 2.5% to 156000.

The Hang Seng was off 2.5% to 25,109. China Mobile (CHL) was down 2.8% to 130.80. China Petroleum (SNP) was down 5% to 7.21.

The Shanghai Composite fell 4.5% to 3,43.
