Zevra Therapeutics reported Q3 2026 GAAP earnings per share of $0.26, beating the consensus estimate of $0.18. That extends the company's EPS beat streak to four consecutive quarters, a run that has tracked closely with the commercial ramp of MIPLYFFA, its approved therapy for Niemann-Pick disease type C.
MIPLYFFA was the engine of the quarter, generating $34.0 million of the company's net revenue, with growth of 44.9% year over year. Operating income rose sharply, reflecting both the sales growth and the elimination of long-term debt, which removed interest expense from the cost structure.
The reported EPS figure includes $5.1 million in noncash income from fair value adjustments to warrant and contingent value rights liabilities. That compares with $5.5 million of noncash expense on the same line in Q3 2025, so the swing added meaningful support to the bottom line. Investors watching the underlying operating trend should factor that in alongside the headline beat.

On the commercial side, Zevra said 13 new MIPLYFFA prescription enrollment forms were submitted in the quarter, bringing total forms since launch to 197. Additional patients are enrolled in the company's global Expanded Access Program for arimoclomol, and cash and equivalents stood higher at quarter end than a year ago.
Zevra plans to file a supplemental NDA to extend the MIPLYFFA label to infants under 24 months in Q1 2027. The company is also awaiting the outcome of a re-examination of its EU marketing authorisation application for arimoclomol, and held a Type C meeting with the FDA during the quarter to discuss a submission pathway for celiprolol in vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, where the Phase 3 DiSCOVER trial has enrolled 72 patients.
